7 Foods Which Improve General and Women’s Health

Some foods are healthier than others since they contain more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than usual products. We call them superfoods.   • A cup of kefir contains 21%of the recommended daily amount of calcium, 20% of phosphorus, and 14% of vitamin B12.

  • Kefir contains more probiotics than yogurt. They improve digestion and improve colon health. Kefir may also help you maintain weight.

  • Kefir reduces anxiety, stress and helps resist depression.

  • Canadian scientists have found that kefir extract may fight breast cancer.

7. Cherry relieves muscle pain and normalizes sleep
